“Wake up,” Mom called. “I am up, Mom!” I responded. I just had the strangest dream. I was in my house when a wolf jumped through the window. “AAAHHH!” my mom yelled; I rushed downstairs to see what was happening only to find my mom dead.
“That was strange,” I thought. I must get dressed now to catch the bus. On the bus, I thought I had seen the same wolf from my dream. “That was weird. That wolf was from my dream.” I said a bit confused. At school nothing was off, but my teacher seemed a little weird.
I got home in the afternoon. “How was your day at school honey?” Mom asked. “Not bad mom. My teacher seemed a little weird though,” I responded. I went to take a nap after the long day at school.
“Mom,” I yelled. “Are you okay?” She was not responding. “How’d it get so dark and scary?” I thought. My mom had just been killed by a wolf, and now I am trapped in my house! How was I going to get out? What about mom? There were wolves surrounding our house. “The window in my room!” I said. Little did I know that the window was locked from the outside.
“It won’t open.” I muttered, I had to smash the window. I looked around to find something. There was my baseball bat in all its glory. “BOOM!” The glass shattered, and I jumped out. While I was running, a few of the wolves started chasing me. I had to hide. I saw a dumpster and jumped in it.
“Hello?” someone whispered. “Who are you?” I said in confusion. “My name is Jay.” He spoke. This was new to me because I did not know anyone was alive. “Jay, my name is Alex, and we need to get out of here.” I said. There was a house up the road where we could hide. We got out of the dumpster and started running to the house. “There are more wolves.” I said dreadfully. We eventually made it to the house. “Ah, finally,” We both said exhausted. Little did we know we were soon going to die.
As we were sitting in the old house trying to wait out the disaster, the wolves came running through the door. “Jay, run!” I said following behind him. We ran up the stairs into the bedroom, but that room was a dead end. “Goodbye, Jay.” I said with teary eyes. The wolves charged but as soon as they reached me, I woke up…
“AAHAHHA!” I woke up screaming. “Honey are you okay?” she said, rushing into my room. “Yeah, mom I’m fine, it’s just I keep having this reacquiring dream.” I said weird did out. I had to be in bed at the time I woke up, so I just went back to sleep. Nothing happened in my dream, but when I woke the next morning, it seemed off. I got dressed and was waiting for the bus when a group of the same wolves from my dream started chasing me. “How is this possible, I thought that was just a dream?” I said, scared and confused. I managed to make it back to my house, but my mom was gone. “Where did she go?” I thought. I searched for her around the house, but I never found her.
I had to do something; I could not just let my mom be taken by some wolves. Or so I thought… I roamed around aimlessly for a while, until I found something. It was a dark and dangerous cave; I heard scary noises and roars. That is when I knew, that is where my mom was. I ran through the cave, following the sound of the roars. Then I found her. “Mom!” I said, happy to see her. “Honey!” She said happily. I had to get her out of here. I was untying the ropes when I heard footsteps behind me. “ROOOOAAAAAARRRRRRR!” the Wolf Master called. “RUN MOM!” I screamed. While I was running with mom the Wolf Master caught up to me and grabbed me. “NOOOO MOOOOM!” I said with tears in my eyes. I never made it out alive.
