“The Spooky Haunted Cave”

The night before Halloween, a girl named Hazel asked, “Can I go for a walk, mom?” She didn’t listen to her mom who said “Don’t go too far and watch where you’re going , Hazel”. She loved the sight of nature, she wanted to go on a longer walk, and while enjoying nature she didn’t pay attention to where she was going. Soon enough, she found herself in a forest. Hazel started walking into the forest and soon she found a cave to rest in for tonight, and decided to explore the cave tomorrow during daylight.
Hazel woke up in the morning and she was ready to explore the cave, but suddenly a voice behind her said, “Whatever you do, please don’t go in that cave because it is dangerous.” When she turned around to see who it was, she was surprised. It was a rabbit!. “How can you talk?” Hazel asked. “It is Halloween, anything weird can happen,” the rabbit said. “Bye, gotta get ready to trick or treat.” Hazel still wanted to explore the cave, even after the rabbit’s warning. So Hazel went inside, then suddenly the cave entrance was closed by big boulders.
The cave was dark except for the faint light under some rocks. After seeing the light, Hazel immediately started to clear the rocks. Then Hazel started screaming “Aaaaaahhhhhhhh!” because it was a zombie family’s house, and Hazel woke their sleeping zombie baby! The dad zombie chased Hazel all around the cave until Hazel hid behind a big rock. After the zombie left, Hazel started walking cautiously to the other side of the cave to see some witches playing tag. When a witch tagged another witch with a broom, Hazel gasped a little louder than she imagined she would. Then all the witches stared at Hazel. Then Hazel was being chased again, but by witches! Only until she ran straight into a rock and woke up. Hazel saw her mom and dad looking at her worriedly. “You started screaming and when we came to check on you, and you were sweating which is an alien’s favorite drink!” and with that Hazel’s parents turned into aliens and started chasing Hazel around the house again! Then Hazel tripped down the stairs and woke up.
This time she woke up for real. “Mom, where are you?” shouted Hazel. Her mom shouted back, “In the kitchen, Hazel.” When she went to the kitchen after getting dressed, her mom had made lots of Halloween treats . “ Mom, you won’t believe what a dream I had.” said Hazel. “Really, I had a dream too!” said mom. Then they both shared their crazy dreams with each other. “ OMG.” they both said at the same time!
