Jill Evans is president of the Atlanta Writers Club and a trustee of the Carnegie Library in Newnan Georgia. She started, and stopped, a degree in architecture before switching to computer science. After a career as a software engineer, where she worked on projects for clients including El Al Israel Airlines and Japan Airlines, she returned to her creative roots to pursue writing. She believes wholeheartedly in education and community and proudly serves with the Atlanta Writers Club board to bring excellent programing to Atlanta and the wider region. She loves art, architecture and history and writes fiction, both contemporary and historical.
